Justin Bieber has brought back the fringe!
The problem is, he now looks like Miley Cyrus and Rihanna. And they've been sporting the look for months. Awkward.
Over the weekend, the 19-year-old debuted a new undercut hairstyle which is shaved on the side and longer on the top, with a fringe, or 'bangs' swept to the side.
It's a style that almost pays homage to the side-swept fringe that he continuously flipped across his forehead during his Baby and pre-Selena years.
It's a far cry from the slicked back and coiffed Elvis-do he's been sporting of late.
But the chop has left many asking if his new do is simply a welcome change or if it's part of a bigger image overhaul given all his not-so-positive press in recent months?
When Bieber first chopped off his locks back in 2011, MTV News spoke to hairstylist Vanessa Price. She opened up about the decision to cut off his hair. "We knew it was going to be a big deal," Price explained two years ago about that initial haircut. "We knew it was going to shock fans, but we also knew it was going to be a change in terms of growing up. I think that's something that people adjust to."
